Shared Documents: Strengthen the security of stored files while improving team productivity
Several improvements are now available in terms of document management in the Eduka suite to meet increasing security needs:
- Strengthen access rights management for containers
The “Repository” menu can and should now be restricted to Administrators only on your platform. It provides fine-grained control over access and now also includes permissions for downloading or uploading documents.
- Import or upload documents in bulk from operational modules (Admissions, Finance, Student Life, HR)
Alongside this permission management, a new “Documents” menu has been added at the bottom of list views related to students, guardians, staff, and payers, allowing quick upload or download of a batch of documents according to the permissions set by the administrator.
Collect all report cards, health records, etc. submitted by parents only if your profile is authorized to perform this action by your administrator.
