Sana Boutartour has been the Administrative and Financial Director at the Lycée Français François Mitterrand de Brasília since September 2022. Under its new management, the school, located in the prestigious Lago Sul district, is continuing to develop its infrastructure and educational programs. The lycée was founded in 1973, shortly after the French embassy moved from Rio de Janeiro to Brasília. Today, the school welcomes 750 students from kindergarten to high school, representing 70 nationalities.
Major challenges
The Lycée Français François Mitterrand has to navigate an ever-changing educational environment, notably due to a significant increase in student numbers. This environment requires regular adaptations to accommodate the growing flow of students while meeting the diverse requirements of French, Brazilian and Francophile families.
