• Subscription to notifications (registration, cancellation, validation, absence, attendance…)

• Recommendation: disable email notifications during peak periods

Conflict Detection

• Automatic detection of schedule conflicts between services or with transport
• Option for managers to override conflicts, with conflict banner displayed
• Global conflict report available within the module
• Display of conflicts in the student’s calendar (weekly view)

Scope Management

• Definition of scopes to restrict display for operators (by campus, grade level, etc.)
• Possibility to enforce scope by profile or by user

• Assignment of instructors to sessions (administration)
• Validation of attendance (present / absent)
