Eduka Software is a company founded in 2014 by three French nationals formerly employed at the Lycée Français de Shanghai and with excellent experience and knowledge of the AEFE school network. The company is now based in Singapore, where several of its founding members currently reside and where some of its client schools are located. Eduka Software also works in collaboration with consultants located in the European Union and in Africa to meet the needs of schools located in different time zones around the world.
Our expertise
This requirement not only allows us to provide schools with relevant monitoring and support by people who have an excellent understanding of the issues and problems encountered in the schools with which Eduka Software is in contact, but also guarantees that the entire team is concerned and mobilized to ensure the proper respect of the confidentiality of the information put online through the Eduka software platform.
Eduka Software also works with several other external consultants on related roles, such as graphic design, accounting, documentation writing, or other matters that do not require direct contact with customers or work to support the use of Eduka software for schools, so these consultants are not required to handle sensitive data.

Guarantees and insurance
In order to guarantee that the standards and security practices implemented by Eduka Software for the project are respected, we usually propose to the schools the setting up of a monitoring committee that will meet either on a quarterly basis or at the request of the client.
A set of detailed information concerning the technical measures implemented may be transmitted to the members of the Committee in full transparency, subject to the signature of a confidentiality clause by the parties concerned. In addition, several documents of various kinds, including some of a technical nature, are given to the schools when Eduka is set up within the institution, but the distribution of these documents is limited to a restricted circle of people due to their confidential nature.
In the event of an incident involving the liability of the company or its employees, insurance may be triggered, coverage for which is provided by QBE (insurance policy no. 01-B0095062-BIZ).
